ElTrabajador.com is a site where registered and verified businesses publish job postings in Spanish and English, and where anyone can read them.
Employer responsibility
The business that publishes a posting is responsible for what it says: the role, the pay, the location, the requirements and its contact details. We do not write or check the content of postings.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your password private.
Verification is not a guarantee
Verification checks the identity of a business: that it exists, that it can be contacted and that it provided an identifier. It is not a guarantee about the company, the job, the pay or the working conditions, and it should not be read as a recommendation from us.
Paid promotion is visibility, nothing more
A business can pay to have its posting seen more. That does not mean the posting is verified, recommended or better than another, and payment does not buy verification or influence it.
Misuse
You may not publish false postings, impersonate another person or business, publish requirements the law does not allow, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site.
Service availability
The site is under active development. There may be interruptions, changes and features that appear or are withdrawn, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
